What happened? Description:

So I was on the site csgogem.com and this guy said he wanted to get rid of his 1 cent items/cases so I said he could pass them to me and he added me. I asked if he had the 1 cent items and he started talking about some site where he won 200k but he can't withdraw because he doesn't have his phone connected to steam (very stupid reason) he asked if I can help him, He would tip me 100k on the site (btw the site looks very legit) and I would withdraw 2 items 1 for him and 1 for me. So I said sure and he send me the link (http://csgopenny.com) he said I need to write something in the chat so he can tip me (also he copy pasted almost every message) He said he wanted a falchion knife scorched ft so I went to withdraw and clicked on his knife and some other knife. When I clicked withdraw this message came up saying something about valve rules and that I have to deposit 5 euro first (obviously a scam) so I said "It says I need to deposit first" then he copy and pasted very quickly saying:
Radu: oh, so it's like $5 I guess
Radu: so, what are we going to do now?
Radu: I don't have $5..
Radu: do you?
Then I was confused cause I thought he said that 100k was 50 euro (he meant the knife)
Then I said things like "I'm going to report you on steamrep" and waited until he finally blocked me. I also have a question, do I have to report this site to SiteGround (the website hosting) or how does it work?

Please say if I'm doing something wrong, I'm pretty new to this.​
