    What happened? Description:
    This guy said he was buying skins so i added him and he said he would pay 150 dollars for all my mythicals. Instead of sending me the payment on paypal, he sent me a bill to pay.​

    BTW it says
    The following error occurred:
    Please enter a value using 16 characters or more.
    that is really weird because MoNsTeR109 is his Steamid.​
