What happened? Description:

Scammed me out of 110ish dollars worth of CSGO and TF2 items after we agreed on 88$ paypal money, has a steam level of 111 and few very high level friends (presumably other scamming accounts). He uses steamrep as a source of validity and probably cashes out most items before he can get trade banned I've come to find, I didn't think much of it since he seemed pretty legitimate and his rep was clean...banning him probably won't do much harm to him as he'll just go and buy another high level steam account for scamming but at least I hope it happens when he has a high value item in his inventory like that knife he currently has. He has probably made hundreds this way..I understand that very foolish behaviour is displayed on my end even after I had been scammed two days like stated in the chat before but I did not believe an account that looks so legitimate could be a scammer's..There was virtually no way for me to check if it could be a scam. In my defense I am a little slow witted and I was rushing to cash out to buy my cousin a dog after his had died. I have only cropped my second screen from the screenshots. Thanks for reviewing this and I hope there is something to be done about it..​
