What happened? Description:

I don't know this guy but when he added me I instantly could tell he is scammer. He added me and offered 25 keys for my party phantom hat, he then asked to "verify my items are safe" and told me to add a "steam developer."

The rest happened in a group chat between the 3 of us, the "admin" went through what would happen and then tried to get me to send my item to his fake bot.
