Description:
The initial trade was a max's severed head (non-duped) for $70 via paypal. He tried to claim that he gave me the money and after I gave him the max's, he left my friends list and blocked me, and didn't pay.

I managed to get a screenshot of the trade history, but I couldn't get the chat or trade.

Funny that I have come along this post,
Just to support that pacco is fishy,
I said "spy crabbing unusauls" he traded me and put in his clean max head, the very one being talked about above, against my massed flies hard counter (which is 12 keys), he then tried to spy crab immediately, I told him that we have to use middleman (according to the rules of hooded alliance, the server we were in) and then he said that he doesn't trust admins and middlemans because he did a unusual spy crab before and the admin didn't give him his items after he "won".
I didn't have proof of this because we talked in trade chat, and after he closed it I could not take a screen shot. Pacco deserves to be trade banned, Being he was crabbing the only item in his backpack that is worth more then $1

I just noticed this guy had me added like 2 days ago until I noticed this thread.

I talked to him. and he tried to purchase mine unusuals for $$$ and asked me to go first (Duh).

Further, I convinced him to give me a pic of his trade history, showing an actual trade happening (API was down so it didn't show the item).

Then I've investigated the Max, he told me "That he gave him the Max head since he was "going to quit" 2 months ago...
He later on admitted to be lying to me and that he indeed had a trade agreement of 70$, and the other party went first, he still claimed he gave the money.
After asking him for his Paypal history, he blocked me.

I forgot to mention that he is a really bad liar and his only comeback line is "fobby is a scammer". And yes, Knifeparty. He does deserve to be trade banned.
