What you did was right but it needs to be FULL screen as in everything you see on your monitor we need to see.
I suggest print screen button, paste into paint and save it...don't crop the image in anyway and make sure taskbar shows if in windows.

Do not edit the image - and it isn't showing the URL like I asked that the other image was showing.
If you edit the image in anyway its unacceptable.

Limit what is showing in browser...don't open up anything but what I'm asking for.
Remove tabs..whatever.

Ok now I need confirmation you were friends with the Hatari user - i can't confirm that via ID and all we have is a name so not sure if you reported the right user and not an impersonator.
Follow next set of instructions:
Issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

You had to be friends to chat with them to start with as they were the FIRST one you were talking to correct?

Well I can't verify against that user since you can't verify you were reporting the correct user.
You need to make sure from now on you report the FIRST user you were in contact with to prevent these types of hang ups.
It makes it really difficult to review backwards like this.
Accepting ONLY against the accused user...whom as we already see is Valve Trade Banned.
