    What happened? Description:
    He claimed to make artwork for steam, he contacted me a week ago, said he was making artwork, a week later he asked for payment, he then took payment said gl then blocked me, no artwork no nothing, i cannot get the chat logs up because he blocked me​

    Provide Evidence:
    I cant upload the screenshots of trade agreement because he blocked me and the chat was deleted when i clicked off of it​
