    What happened? Description:
    The accused added me from my Backpack.tf advertisement several months back to buy my 1 of 1 Bonzo the All-Gnawing Halogen Headlamp. He had some rep from cash trades, an old account and a high steam level. We tried to negotiate for a week or so but never came to an agreement because he wouldn't come up on his offer.

    Fast forward to Wednesday October 26th, I was in need of money so I hit him up and told him I would take 950 keys worth in cash. He agreed to treat keys as $1.74, and we came to a total price of $1650 to be sent through PayPal.

    I agreed to go first, and traded the hat. He told me after about an hour of being nonresponsive that he was having "card problems". He agreed to trade the hat back while he figured out the money, but he couldn't send the offer at the time because he allegedly didn't have Steam Authenticator on his phone. He allegedly needed to wait til he got home to accept the offer.

    36 hours later, I have not received the money, nor has he accepted the pending trade request to return my hat. Continues to list excuses but the fact of the matter is he has been plenty of opportunity to make it right and hasn't done anything.​

    Ok you either need to end that one or I'm archiving this one because they are a partner and the same issue doesn't need reported in two different locations.
    Please advise by this time tomorrow and a link to report there to show that it was terminated if that is what you wish to do.

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade..full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    You may have already provided them but will need new set.
    Also will need a full screenshot of your venmo account as well, it needs to clearly show the info name you have/gave to the user as a secondary source of payment.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
