What happened? Description:

I unboxed my SPORTS OMEGA GLOVES and this person contacted me. After a few weeks of him hassling me i finally accepted to do the trade which was meant him sending me money. He didnt send and he blocked me. i got back in contact and he unblocked me and said he would send my gloves back after my tradecooldown period. its now been 27 days and hes blocked me and hes telling people he has paid me and he has not. ive recently found other people he has scammed too. i have evidence please feel free to contact me or on twitter @xrpeanutt​

@Blitzkrieg 3, none of the screenshots you provided are up to our standards; we still are not able to see the dates. You should be uploading desktop screenshots, as it is explained in the screenshot guide and not mobile which do not let us see that. Are you still able to get those?

I thought the screen shots had the dates on them? it only shows the dates at the start of a new day then it shows the times? im happy to provide more as i have nothing to hide on my end. Forgive me if im wrong but did i not include the dates in my screen shots?

if you could please help me find the chats that would be awesome as they are there as im telling 100% truth. Im only new this online game thing and its sadly left me thinking otherwise of it. Im not sure how to get the chat logs back as it seams steam deletes the chats after 2 weeks. i really hope this small thing isnt going to let Sulley get away with it for another 6 years. The screen shots shows he is un trustworthy and he has 4 other reports. Im sorry though if it doesnt comform. I tired i suppose. I know im in the right here as i was going to help my parents with that money so i hope Sulley if he is reading this is very happy with himself. and remember karma doesnt forget. i hope this post is seen and discourages further victims. I thought i made a good attempt at trying to stop this person but evidently he gets to find more victims.

I understand and believe you that what you're saying is true on your end. The issue we have here is the fact you posted soo many screenshots of conversation, without any real order which makes it really hard for us to go over them and figure out what happened and get the crucial elements we need (proof of agreement, trade etc.). The reason why I asked you to provide full desktop screenshots was because those are much easier to look over and can be more easily viewed in the proper order, which isn't the case for mobile screenshots. In addition to that, we'd always be able to see the time and date on those.
To get this report processed properly, we would first need more proper description of events that happened (what was the trade agreement, what bank was used, how the funds were transferred etc.), proof of trade in a desktop window where we can confirm you did trade with accused and additional elements from the bank statements, which would show what exactly happened regarding that.
Just having everything mentioned above would make us be able to simply investigate the matter properly, which is far from actually tagging someone.

Sadly in this particular case, most of the needed elements are not present, and given the steam chat logs have been deleted since two weeks have passed, I believe that we will not be able to gather enough evidence to investigate the report. SteamRep holds very high evidence standard, to ensure all reports can be processed accurately.
Since you've mentioned that you're a new to the trading scheme, I would highly suggest you educate yourself first on Steam and CS:GO trading. We have a lot of useful guides on this forum which you should really check out. We generally advise people against trading that involves real money, as that is the easiest way for a scammer to take advantage of you so try to stay away from those while you're still new to the scene.
