    What happened? Description:
    User is actively impersonating FR0ST https://steamcommunity.com/id/fr0stqs/, of course this scammer was not very bright. I gave him a temporary email(just to check if he would realize) and he wanted to buy all of my keys by sending money through paypal to a fake and not working paypal address.​

    You can't just report someone for saying they are waiting on you to accept an offer before sending payment. They could very well report you for not sending the items for waiting on payment that way..same difference. Basically made the report based on an assumption since there is no way to tell if they would have submitted the payment to a false email or not as they were again waiting on payment.
    Impersonation alone isn't a reportable offense here and there is nothing that proves they were using a form of impersonation with intent to defraud since the above stands still true.
    Please don't submit reports here based on assumptions since again they were clearly waiting on you to send offer before attempting payment..for all you know they could have used that address and failed at it because the screenshots they sent to you showing the funds in the ready is completely real that I can tell...in fact tested it myself using your same email address you gave them so we can't rely on that.
    Plain and simple you created a report under the assumption they would scam you and you don't know that for a fact therefore declining report.
    Don't submit reports here based on assumptions in the future.
    This user wasn't found guilty of any wrong doing per policy.
