What happened? Description:

I added a guy who offered to buy my knife after have a long conversation about who goes first i said he could temporarily have my aug skin until the trade went down and he could return the skin after i received the money. I made the live trade and he simply took the aug skin then blocked and removed me.​

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
