So I was in a trade chat trying to find people to trade with then. Moran contacted me offering amounts of steam dollars for the dota 2 courier(item). Then it appeared as there was going to be a trade showing that money seemed to have started being transferred after I sent the courier. Soon as he got right away removed and blocked, and no money had actually come in.

As for as I know, it isn't even possible to transfer steam money to another account...
To bad you got scammed this way, good thing you took the effort to report this guy!

Are you sure you linked the correct scammer, could you please double check that? It appears that he used a chat command to make it appear as if he was transferring money. If you are unsure about how things work, always refuse to trade until you are sure of the process.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your trade history showing the trade in question? It would help in your report.

Using the new Steam Market (beta) it is theoretically possible to transfer steam wallet from account to account.

Also If you could log in to SR through Steam it would make your report that much better. You'll find the log in button in the top right of the page.

How Can I check my trade history to show you the transaction? And you can see in the pictures of who the person was, when searched that was the name that came up.

Your profile > Inventory > Top right has a link wich is called "Show Inventory History" > Find the trade in question and make a screenshot.
