This guy broke into my account and stole my items , I have no idea how he did it .. but

nobody but me knows how to get into my account~~~ I went into my account .. and realized that some items were missing and i checked recents trades /\ As you guys see in the picture he simply took my high value items f✿✿✿ and i try add he but ..just blocked me and have private profile, please help me

Did you submit a Steam support ticket? Did you check your Steam guard email to see if there were unauthorized log in attempts?

Sorry to hear about you getting hijacked. Hope you can recover your account and any lost items.

I'd also clean my system. To steal items I think they have to have access to both your email and your steam login in order to get past steam guard, a tall order for guessing both. My guess is your system is compromised.

Hello, can you provide a screenshot of the ticket you made in support and tell us the results?

Thanks all sorry for the delay with answers and ...
I contacted support but until now there was not any result I am still without my items ... and before anything else already changed my login information ..email..etc..
post the answers soon ... if it works for me I'm sad about all this

Hello Sjru ! well it turns out that this guy used some kind of phishing .. because so remember to have accepted to join a group on steam 1º and the next day login in my account and my items disappeared 2º check Inventory recents trades and confirm My items that were passed to this guy , I am extremely hating all this , because support steam not give any answer....my items have costs 300 + USD .
That would help pay for my studies and that damn messed up, even if not able to recover my items I really wish f✿✿✿ this guy's life...I'm not rich I work like everyone does
