Appeal description:

Report #1 was for the scam of a Phosphorous Le Party Phantom. I added him and claimed I would send him money via PayPal for his hat; after he traded me the hat I did not send the money. This victim has been paid back and I will provide screenshot evidence of that. The report thread can be found here.

Report #2 was for the scam of a Stormy Storm Hustler's Hallmark. Again, I offered cash and never sent the money. I have had a pending friend request for about a month and I am waiting for this user to come online so that I can offer repayment. He has not been online steam in over 50 days. The report thread can be found here. Once I am able to repay him I will update the thread with screenshot evidence.
As I previously stated, one of the victims has been paid back in full.

At the time of the scams, I was much younger and had poor judgement. Behavior like this is long since passed, and will not happen again. I will check back on this thread throughout the appeal process and provide any additional information needed.​
