What happened? Description:

Offered 300 dollars for le party phantom with the phosphorus effect on tf2outpost, he traded me some items as sweets or whatever for the phantom to add onto the money. Traded for them, and a couple minutes later claimed he sent the money, and then he blocked me, no money though! So yeah. Nothing is there.​
