I was looking to trade some items in TF2 but unfortunately the guy refused to trade me because I am listed as a
Scammer? He gave me a link to my Steamrep and sent me on my way. I am banned by SOP and UTC and additional info from administrators says I am the alt of '76561198029820209'. This account doesn't belong to me and I would like to see if these tags could be removed. I will try to help you guys in solving this issue in any way possible.

You have to appeal your UTC tag first.
