Improper Format 76561197961136409 Appeal against my bad steamrep

okay i want to make this clear...

it can not be fair i got a bad rep for trading a max payne 3 ru with a guy
long long time ago but because he tells me the max payne 3 cant be traded outside of russia
but at the time i believed it could so im talking back to him telling him wait a min but it can be traded outside of ru ( and if im not wrong it actually could at some point)
so im here to make this appeal because i do not think its fair i get bad rep for a mistake like this
if you like you can go to my bad rep and look it over he took pictures of our chat long time ago
and if you look at this chat you can see i insist that it can be traded outside of russia and as i said
at the time i believed it could...so to be called a scammer and a fraud and then at the same time to
be put up like this with bad rep........ its just not alright....so im here to ask... if it can be removed from my steamrep..
