Yes, I meant 21 Buds mixed, not pure. If you check what I gave him , I gave him 16 Buds, 50 keys, 3 refined and Grimm hatte, which equaled to 21 Buds.

Yes, I saw 6 months old trade on his Outpost profile.

To check item history? It's not like you can do anything else with it.

How did you do that then?

You viewed Ziggy's backpack via TF2 Items website and then you clicked the hat in order to check the history of it -- Is that correct?

I don't remember anymore, but it makes sense.

As you mentioned, your account was tagged with a caution. It happened because you traded with a marked scammer even though you were previously warned. Your ban is a result of the fact that even two warnings were not able to keep you away from dealing with scammers and obvious alternate accounts of scammers.

TF2OP user that was linked in the opening post was banned from TF2OP on Sep 22nd, 2012. I find it hard to call it 6 months.

I do not know what was the magic way that you used to find Ziggy on TF2OP but it seems to be safe to assume that you were looking through old, closed TF2OP trades. Didn't you care enough to take a look at those 3 hidden messages that were posted in http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1033104 ? 2 of them indicated how shady the trade was.

You are not the random user and we both know about this. You were involved in unusual trading. You did some cash trades in your "trading career". You were a SOP member. You offered people to use you as a middleman if they wanted. You were already cautioned.

You provided the analysis how come you traded with that user, including how long the hat was in the particular user inventory, who was the previous owner etc. and on the other hand you want to tell me that you did not notice how shady that account was. I want to make that clear to you now.

The account you traded with had a private backpack/profile. It was created on 2012-03-20. This user created only one trade on TF2OP. The trade I am mentioning was created 3 days after the user joined Steam and contained 2 rather god-tier unusuals. What is more, the only TF2 Items historical data clearly shows that those 2 unusuals were the only items that guy had.

Honestly, I think that the previous owner of the hats is irrelevant to your case. However, since you kept on pointing out how the item history made you feel comfortable trading with Ziggy, I want you to notice another thing as well.

You claimed you knew the hat was in Ziggy's backpack for 6 months. You created a TF2OP trade with the hat on Oct 10th, 2012. In other words, you seem to be saying that it seemed legit to you that SteamRep admin traded two god-tier unusuals to the account that was not even a month old.

Given how obvious it was, your story that does not make too much sense to me and the warnings that you previously received, I decided to deny your appeal.
