This is an alt account currently being used by a confirmed SR/ASBO scammer.

Manly Tears is an alias used by Dominic Vanner, a longtime scammer and well-recognized blight on SteamRep. He has already had two alts banned already, as seen above. The unbanned account I am reporting is friends with Sarah (another alias of his), who in turn is an alt of the Manly Tears account already banned.

You will see that both Manly Tears accounts link to his Twitter (https://twitter.com/manlytearsuk), providing sufficiently firm evidence that this is his new alt.
