COX linked me to his steamrep (which other users complained was fake in a very recent report) (and he told them it was fake after taking their stuff)

He told me he would offer $100 USD Paypal for the Yellow Belt, and he would send the money immediately afterwards to my paypal. I traded him the belt... no money came, and he unfriended me and blocked me

This guy scammed me and another guy too. He keeps on going around and saying he's paying stuff with paypal, shows his rep, it's really good, and then this happens, he un-adds, and doesnt pay!

He seems to have a note on his upper account saying not to trust the scammer account. You know, in case you do detective work on every account that adds you to see if they have a higher level duplicate. It's most likely just his main account trying to seem more trustworthy. They should both be given a steamrep scammer tag!

Each account has the same scammer warning about the other, definitely the same person.
