Declined 76561198005529833 (scammer)

So i just got a random trade request from someone who was on my friendslist for a long time. He asked me if he can borrow one of my unusuals so he can take a screenshot of it. This is the conversation from the trade window:

PaperCinnamon.: you can give me unusual ;3 15:56:39
PaperCinnamon.: pleesse 2 min)) 15:56:44
yeP: why 15:56:58
PaperCinnamon.: i want to take scrinshot ^^

yeP: i can take a screenshot myself 15:57:35
PaperCinnamon.: in my steam? 15:58:03
PaperCinnamon.: I want to show off to your friends 15:58:33
PaperCinnamon.: please 15:58:41
yeP: listen, i dont want to report this conversation to steam rep for scamming so ill just un friend you and il'll forget that you ever tried to scam me. its happened way too many times before and i never thought that someone on my own friends list would try and scam me. good bye. 15:59:56
He then immediately unfriended me and started to change his names many times.

Considering that the scammer is already marked I'm fairly sure that he wouldn't have returned anything.
