So he added me because he was interested in selling a battle.net account for 1 page of rec. I agreed to give him half first if it worked then the rest after i changed all of the information. He took half and ran. I found him in a server and gave him one last chance to give me my stuff back. He changed his profile to private and blocked me. heres a picture of the chat. Please mark him before he scams others.

He recently changed his profile back to open and he is trying the scam on tf2op still. I keep warning people to prevent him from scamming more until he is marked here and banned on tf2op. I think he has an alt account because all of the items he is receiving are gone from his bp with nothing of worth still in it.

Seems he got trade banned.

What is "one page of rec"?

one page is 50 reclaimed, as in a page of my backpack (i had smelted everything down into reclaimed at that point in time)

Why didn't you just combine it into refined and save some space?

At any rate, I can't find the relevant TF2OP trades that you were talking about. He has been banned from TF2OP anyways. I don't know if SR can help much more with your case; the trade was outside of our boundaries (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/read-before-posting-steamrep-investigative-policy.230/). Trades outside of steam trade are very risky and we cannot properly account them.
