Description: This guy added me out of the blue, and wanted to buy my two games (ACII Deluxe & Saints Row 3: The Full Package). He said he would give me the IP of a server that could create any item in TF2, but it obviously doesn't. I ask him to create a big kill- he doesn't, and a day passes. Later he impersonates his brother (who may or may not be real) who has a program to create any TF2 item. He wants to give me this program in exchange for one of my games, but I decline unless he can prove through his own account that it works. He logs off after I say this.
