Well first of all you didn't post screenshots, which are absolutely required as we cannot process reports on text logs alone.

As well, I will be marking this thread as invalid. According to SteamRep's investigative policy we cannot accept reports that occur outside the bounds of Steam trading (i.e. cd keys)
