Description:
I know that short description is required but this case is complicated so I apologize in advance.
I am a pretty well known unique dota unusuals (aka legacy) trader which are quite rare and considered as a collectors piece (more information can be found here: http://redd.it/zvyf4) and I was scammed by my steam "friend" I.Jojo.

Abbreviations for couriers that would be used:

We have been quite close trader friends for 3 months: I have been helping him with pricechecks, selling his couriers in my reddit store (because of visibility; proofs below), discussed prices and so on (some evidence: http://imgur.com/a/rWgpI). However it has turned out that he was just using me all this time.

About month ago I was going to buy pink EF badger but as I didn't want to loose that trade I have made an agreement with seller to give me a week to gather up keys for paying his b/o. I have failed to find buyers fast as that unusually happens with expensive items and to avoid quickselling my couriers I needed to borrow keys. As I.Jojo previously had already offered me lending keys for some other trades I decided to take the chance.

11.26 (7:42-7:46 AM)
Initially I was planning to give I.Jojo only 2 couriers - ivory SE yak and pink SE badger but he insisted that I gave him 3 instead. As the week reserve came to the end I had no time for negotiating this because I was concerned about getting the pink EF badger before its too late. So I.Jojo borrowed me 177 dota keys for the deposit of my 3 unusuals. First he gave me 77 keys for the ivory SE yak and then 100 for the pink SE badger & the sinbad RE yak (http://imgur.com/a/YvDTG). This was with an agreement that as soon as I will sell my couriers, including those that been borrowed - I will start giving back the loan.
At some point that 3 couriers were quite overpaying deposit, especially as the for a friend, so we came to an agreement that he will give me back ivory SE yak & sinbad RE yak for white PB morok.

In order to sell white PB morok fast I decided to post it from the alt. reddit acc. because people generally show more vivid interest for some good items from new sellers and trades go much faster (sidenote: yes, I know that this is forbidden and I regret doing this but I haven't used that account since then - can give its credentials if needed for investigation) . So people have already asked me to show it in game. I have asked I.Jojo to give me white PB morok for ivory SE yak but from this point I have noticed that I.Jojo is acting strange and not being completely honest with me.
Unfortunately as I have been trusting him I do not have conversation screenshots myself, but today I have accidentally found somebody's pastebin report on me from the behalf of I.Jojo (while it is obvious that one of us have made that pastebin I am not really going to insist on the fact that it was made by I.Jojo since I could made one myself but that si why I do not rely on that and will ask steamrep staff not to consider anything in it as an evidence and only investigate my own report) so I have the evidence now (yes, that is a bit ironical):

During December there happened a big price fall in dota 2 economics and I.Jojo backened from his words about selling badger himself and accepting it as a part of a given back loan. He started demanding keys. I told him about economical situation and that it takes time for prices to stabilize but he said that he doesn't care about that because he is going to quit trading and doesn't want keys to get depreciated. It was pretty strange for me since one can always postpone his trade quitting, especially for a friend (e.g.: stop trades, invest in non-going cheap things and take a rest).

So we still had pretty "friendly" relations that time and I shared with him the fact that I have found a guy with truely rare pure white SE yak and blue paint (paint is 70 keys now). He asked me for guys profile and I didn't mind it. I have left a comment at 小熊's profile: "wanted to buy your dota yak & paint". After that I have noticed that I.Jojo have left his comment at his profile "wanted to buy BO2" (or some other game, I really can't remember now). I have asked him why he did that and he assured me that he was not going to hijack the trade, but will try to buy both only in case if 小熊 refuses to sell them to me.

Small note about 小熊's items value (quicksell prices according to the fell down market prices):
* pure white SE yak: up to 120 keys.
* blue paint: 70 keys.

12.24 (time not defined)
The evening 小熊 has added me I was busy so when he asked me what did I want I have asked him to wait an hour since I was busy. The time I came back he said that c/o for both pure white SE yak & blue paint was 2 25$ LoL game riot points gift card codes and after I have offered him PayPal and anything else in steam game currency he has pointed that he only wants the mentioned above. I.Jojo messaged me and asked about the situation, I have told him about that cards and he said that it might be hard to get them since they are sold as physical cards only and shipping to Ukraine, for example, from USA may take quite long. Nothing else.
About an hour later I was trying to contact 小熊 after I have found online store that was selling directly codes instead of cards but he did not respond. Then in one more hour 小熊 suddenly messaged me and told that he has already traded pure white SE yak & blue paint and "since I was patient" he will rep me at my profile page. I was really amazed and decided to play a game since I have lost that trade to unknown buyer, I have only messaged I.Jojo amazed "......" (multi-dots) message while game was loading. After the game I ahve found that I.Jojo has already went offline so I just decided to check his inventory and was stunned by finding that yak & paint right there.

So, next day after I asked I.Jojo about the situation he started to impudently deny trade hijacking with arguments like "you could not get those cards anyway" and so on. He also refused to give back my deposited red EF badger and ivory SE yak that he had. As I was literally mad so I have told him to "eat those couriers" and deleted him. Here is again the chatlog that was taken form the "controversial" pastebin: http://imgur.com/a/Xg26E (I didn't have it saved myself because my sister closed the window after I went afk to cool down; hidden text in the conversation is a reddit name of a well known /r/dota2trade/ admin Ham: "musical_hog" - can be clearly need in the next conversation; still somehow beginning of the conversation is intentionally hidden). I.Jojo has also threatened me with steamrep report for not giving back his loan (comment is at my profile: http://i.imgur.com/ySUX7.png).
After some time, when I cooled down I re-added I.Jojo in order to have a screenshotted conversation where he is denying to give me back my deposit and the fact of the trade hijacking (http://imgur.com/a/UnzBM#0) As can be seen he also denied increasing the loan for the amount that he spent himself and giving the hijacked items to me.

Also, right after this he was mean enough to make this report for me: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198025080194-irish.17586/ which is absolutely ridiculous when there is a writing that it is "not for sale" and while few days ago he was the one who laughed from that himself: http://i.imgur.com/2Xjby.png (tf2outpost is on maintenance now so I am unable to provide direct link now).

Conclusion:
I am really hoping that this facts are quite enough to mark him as a scammer.
As we were "friends" I did not have any previous chat screenshots but, miraculously, searching for some proofs from our conversations at forums I have googled that "controversial" pastebin. So, if mister I.Jojo has any more screenshots - I am really afraid he will only compromise himself in this case.

the Tl Dr of his report which is also the Tl Dr of my report : I lent him keys. I had collateral. This was all before the 23rd Dec convo and you have crossed a line. You want me to wait for 6 months to get back my keys? Because clearly you don't want to pay me back anyways. And the way you keep flaming against your potential buyers and C/O owners, i don't think you will ever sell your couriers or you don't even want to sell them(http://pastebin.com/hGEEiFSC).

The trade with http://steamcommunity.com/id/76561198021765487 was done with his full consent. An SR Middleman was mm in that trade. I paid what the seller asked for and i had to pay extra because what he wanted was nothing traditional and i had to go through a lot to get them. You want me to give you these items back? For what reason? Can you prove that i highjacked your trade or the fact that you got to the seller BEFORE me or you at least had what the seller wanted?

To the Admins : This is in no way connected to any of the reports but you should know that this guy is a joke. He is very Infamous in the Dota 2 scene and as for his pricechecks, i can say a scrap metal is worth 100 bucks but that won't change the facts. He has accused trusted admins for being in cahoots with scammers(?) (http://imgur.com/xqHWk,ZhN2v,eKhB4,nTzjA). Wasted time of Dota Devs with false accusations against people. Those accusations were obviously made AFTER he failed to acquire the mentioned items. He buys uniques from clueless sellers with worthless items(Seriouslly Dota 2 invites?) and then puts his b/o as 200 treasure keys. And when he fails to reach the b/o, flames against potential buyers. These are all very well known facts in Dota trading circle and i can get at least 10 people to vouch for me against him anytime.

Always read before you comment. I can also make screenshot of my entire trade history. I stated this has nothing to do with this report just to show that you have a long history of making false accusations so that the admins here can judge better. I made that report after asking a reputable SR member(name will be given if it is requested by the investigator). I can laugh for any apparent reason. Don't forget that i was the one who gave you that item. But back then situations were different. Just admit that this report is something that you came up with now that you can't pay back your loans and that you realised how much of a hardsell your couriers are. Which does not matter anyways since i was going to report you eventually. Regardless, i will not be replying to you anymore. All the facts are in the reports so i will just wait for the proper authority to take the desired actions.

I understand I am not directly involved with these trades, however I'm a key buyer/seller. I basically buy out the keys after they make a sale, or sell the keys when people are making a sale (my rep thread: http://dota2traders.com/threads/aristars-reputation-thread.2234/).

First:
The market has not taken a hit as badly as irish_00 is describing it. I've managed to buy and sell over $3k in the past week, so it defiantly is not that bad.

Second:
The root of the problem in my opinion is that irish_00 is grossly over valuing the collateral he has given. Think about it this way, If I am borrowing $800 in keys from you and put up a Golden Roshan for trade (worth about $1000 to $1200), why would I ever let this collateral go? Worst case scenario I sell the the Golden Roshan at $1000 and atleast profit $200 right?

irish_00 is claiming he has lent 300 in keys and wont take it back for a mere 177? Something seems wrong. I am not one to give unsolicited price commentary, however it is evident that some of the 'estimated values' are off.

Third:
None of these traders (and to be honest, very few are) are at standards were they can claim 'trade hijacking', the term simply does not exist. The only actual trade hijack would happen imho is if a middleman tried to hijack the trade. What happened here was that one trader was simply more savvy and got the deal.

Fourth:
irish_00 is using a later trade to forgo paying back his borrowed sum. That is wrong. I cannot borrow $100 from a bank and then later tell them "I REFERRED MY FRIEND TO BORROW FROM YOU, NOW I DONT OWE YOU s✿✿✿ BECAUSE YOU PROFIT FROM HIM". This is wrong.

Simply put i.Jojo as long as i.Jojo is willing to give back the couriers for the sum he lent out to irish_00 he should be in the clear, if irish_00 is unwilling to give it back what he borrowed and is hiding behind "those couriers are worth more than what I borrowed" and "he trade hijacked me" then he is clearly scamming.

As far as I know, I've never traded with you, We dont trade in the same market (I deal in keys, you deal in legacy couriers), and we've had very little to no interaction up until this point (same with me and i.Jojo).

Totally support Irish. I ve been working with this guy for months and during this time i ve noticed only his positive qualities such as honesty and responsibility. He never scammed or fooled other people. He is respected trader. If Irish says this guy is wrong - it's definetely the truth.

This type of attitude is extremely wrong. This is the exact reason WHY people get scammed. I only gave my input because I have never dealt or traded with either of the parties, and I know steamrep is more equipped to handle values and price checks for TF2 as opposed to D2.

i originally made an offer to take the C/O for the ivory yak, irish est ~120 keys, he told me just wait for my friend to get online and i will ask him and then trade him. this single day turned into a week, everyday he continued to say that his friend was not online and that he was unsure if the trade i was offering was worth it (im still the C/o by 40 keys and have now started to bid against myself)
after two weeks, irish tells me the name of his friend that has the ivory yak, its someone i have had on my friendslist WAY before Irish and he is online everytime i am, so i started to become wary that irish was just stringing me along.
at the 3 week mark (still C/O by ~40keys and still waiting on irish's approval). he told me that i would need to wait until Dec 24th for a decision to be made (this will be the fourth week). i agree and ask him what the hold up is, and irish proceeds to explain to me how the legacy market is at an all time low atm. he goes on to tell my that my legacy Dog (which i am offering in proposed trade +keys) is worth next to nothing continues on to laugh at my courier and my offer, as he knew that it (ivory yak) could go for 200+ keys when the legacy market comes back on top..
needless to say, i refused to trade with him, explained my frustration with him and his trading style, to which he again laughs at me, tells me he's saving the chat between us (for his own reasoning) and further pastes the entire convo to I.Jojo to show how i am the one at fault in this situation...
i fully support I.Jojo (i have talked with both parties and got individual stories from each) in this issue, reason being that seems to be a massive issue of overcompensation or over estimation of value on Irish's part. when loaning couriers to someone as collateral, its best to fully consider what you need to do to regain your collateral/what it will take to pay back the loan..

well again he's obviously still trolling this site (reddit.com/r/dota2trade) with other accts...

as I am being already slandered all over at reddit, I have to add few more things to my report:

dota2trade subreddit admin musical_hog (Ham) is biased against be for some reasons. one of the fresh reasons is the fact that he was taking part in the trade hijacking (intentionally or not) as can be clearly seen in the chats: http://imgur.com/a/Xg26E , http://imgur.com/a/UnzBM#0 he bought 50$ worth LoL cards for I.Jojo is the store for additional 25$ fee.

so now I am already banned from there and they are spreading slander without any verdict from SR: http://redd.it/15ogu1 and that is approved by admins.
post accuses me in stealing while directs to this SR case which is actually all about I.Jojo's stealing 200 keys worth items form me.
