    I'm inclined to uphold this obviously valid tag. Demopanning is quite possibly the worst non-scamming offense one can commit. And he has long passed the window to appeal this. We honor all UHC tags, they are not subject to appeal any longer. This person has obviously shown a complete disrespect to authority figures, and as such is a risk for anybody trading with him.
