Description:
He added me and asked me for SR3 for 3 keys (I have a full edition listed on outpost). I told him about a spare steam key I had (humble bundle) and offered to give him that for 3 keys. I gave him the key and he removed and blocked me.

I saw him activate the 4 games before he set his profile to private (unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of that).

I saw that Steamrep usually doesn't deal with key trades because they cannot be verified, but I have proof that it is a working humble bundle key. I can also give the Humble Bundle URL to a trusted admin to verify the key is accurate. It may not be a huge loss for me but I want to warn others about this guy. Once a scammer, always a scammer.
