    This problem (kinda random) goes for all games, not only borderlands2, is that realy the first time it happens to you?. Blame steam for that.

    The fact is the trade agreement was met with the proper game version (Screenshot evidence that the game was indeed ROW and sent to the proper individual). It appears to me that there was a falsification of "evidence" on the part of 76561198053478305. Therefore, as a result, I am marking that individual as a scammer.
