It was only 4euro I lost but still. A scam is a scam.

Where is that you've lost the said 4 Euro?
From what I see he has offered to go first and has given you the keys to try them out.

He scammed me because I had already bought the DLC he wanted. And since the keys didn't work I lost 4 euro.

This guy must also have multiple accounts, My steamgifts profile has been spammed with negative feedback. Damn, and I can't get rid of that.

A lot of keys from IGN are invalid, 'cause many people register faked prime accounts and get access to the ign prime free games
I give for my friend many keys (about 20) from ign from different games (trine, choplifter, qube, king artur, payday) and only one key was valid

Yeah, this guy told me he got them from Amazon and Bundles.

There was no scam commited here. He gave you the keys to try first and they were invalid. You didn't lose anything since you never traded the user the DLC in question.
