Description- Zapotec bought 5 unusual hats from "haters gonna hate" a likely alt account of -Intel which is currently banned by valve. Intel scammed 3 hats, a Green Energy Kabuto, Planets Samureye and Burning Medic cap and tried to sell them. I got his account banned but he used his other alt "haters gonna hate" to sell them to Zapotec http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5696294

Afterwards Zapotec added me to sell those hats as a package to me for cash. I declined naturally as I knew the history of the hats and that's how I came to know that Zapotec bought them. I told him that they came from a scammer alt and those hats are stolen. He deleted me afterwards. I have no chat log to prove this however so take it at that.

Now Zapotec again buys from the same scammer alt 3 new hats the alt had scammed namely Lantern Bonk Boy, Eerie Fire Company Man and Vinage bills.

I had previously told him about the scammer alts but he still went ahead and bought the hats. It seems like they have a partnership. Scammer alt will scam the hats and Zapotec will quickbuy them with cash. Its evident that Zapotec is fully aware of the nature of the hats since he is willing to sell the hats pretty cheap when the market price is way higher.

This probably isnt sufficient to give a scammer tag but a Caution Tag is indeed warranted for him. His bp is virtually empty so I guess he wont even care about any action taken but its still better than nothing.

Trading with an alt of a trade banned user is not something SteamRep currently punishes for.
Intel is not marked, and there are no definitive connections between that account and the one it's Outpost ban is connected to.
