Offered 160 dollars on the Strange gold botkiller minigun i had on outpost http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3953043 and told me to go first, after asking him for rep, he said he only had 3 on his steam page, he didnt link to the steam rep page and now i looked and its on caution, for admiting to scamming in chat, which he tried on me. and he has VAC ban. when asking for more info, he noticed that i wasnt gonna trade until i recieved the payment and appeared offline after lying saying he sent the money.

sorry for the late reply, its jsut that i thought u guys gave up on this since it took while for the reply, thanks for helping though, i just dont want him to try to scam other ppl because according to steamrep he has tried to scam before
