Could you clarify? Did you actually trade the keys after he quickswitched you?
If so, a picture of your trading history will be required. If not, it is not necessary.
Would you happen to have screenshots of the discussion or chat window? If so, please post them.

He is trying to scam me but i am not scammed, the picture has shown clearly, after i put the keys, he quickly removed his timebreaker and clicked ready to trade

There's no clear sign of quickswitching here as it could have easily be a mistake, as he didn't put another item to replace what he took.

Due to lack of evidence about his intent I'll reject this.
