Almost 1 week ago we tried to trade with this guy accidently at the trading process i lost my internet connection for a while. He thought that i am a scammer and stealing his 15 $ (FIFTEEN). He applied for paypal refund but he had not to because i gave his money back from paypal . Here is the proof;
