Granting appeal. Reason(s):
Reporter gave a misspelled PP mail address in the original chat. Appealer made payment to the wrong PP mail address and after that nobody ever noticed the spelling error in the email.

Appealer could not correct the issue, for the reporter didn't notice his own mistake even when the accused gave back text and a screenshot of the payment to the wrongly spelled PP.
