Memske (The person who created the scam thread) was intended to target Jaiz and not me. Jaiz is the scammer and used MY paypal address to scam both me and memske at the same time. Here's the ticket that I wrote to Steam. Memske can vouch for me and has already pmed a Mod to fix the mistake.

The situation is rather complex and I've never requested steam for help but I hope you guys can profesional resolve this.
Jaiz (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198064583395/) wanted to buy my Unusual Boar Searing Essence Pink for $100. That was the agreed price. We agreed for him to send me $25 first, I give him Boar then he'll send the rest.
However, at the same time while using my details... he scammed another player called memske (http://steamcommunity.com/id/memske/). He said that he'd give him Max Payne for $25 but used MY details instead so I would think that Jaiz paid me $25. This way, we'd both get scammed and we'd blame each other. We're resolving the money issue on paypal now but he's up an unusual boar and I'm down one.

I can confirm what he is saying. Also he has been nothing but helpful in dealing with Paypal to refund the money.

If you need any more evidence or explanation from me, I'm willing to do so.

it seems no admin has looked into this yet maybe there is a insufficient amount of evidence or just has yet to be noticed. monthly bumps help. but still your appeal will be handled in good time

Well, I'd say july to November is a fair amount of time.
And there's plenty of evidence. The other victim Memske has even vouched for every word I've said.
