This person was advertising that he was selling runescape gold in a trade_minecraft server. We left game and well, the screenshots show how it all went down. After I accepted the trade in runescape and he gave me the 1.5mill gp, he traded me on steam, placed the key, and then closed the trade. I did not receive the promised key.

If, for some reason, you don't believe it or there was a flaw in the evidence, why would he suddenly block me?
And if, for some reason, you can't ban him because he scammed on runescape and not TF2 itself, he was going to use his items in TF2 to pay me. Meaning he scammed me using TF2.

I know I won't get it back, but I'd at least like to see some justice in marking him as a scammer so he can't get more people. Thanks. -Tycoon

Steamrep doesn't really handle any trade scams out of steam excluding paypal.

sorry, we can't mark for runescape scams. while there was a steam element here, we cannot properly check on the runescape element.
