This guy is selling a Bill's hat and want an strange gold rocket launcher.
Opened the trade window and added the bills hat, I've added the Strange rocket launcher, and press ok, the guy do the same and then cancelled and went offline. 30 seconds later i was blocked as you can see on print screen. He is trying something to get the weapon and bill's. Try to add him and see.

Are you saying he tried to quick switch you? As in he put in the bills, readied, took off the bills then readied again quickly? If so a screenshot of the trade window showing that he tried to quick switch you will be required. pictures of the trade chat would also be good. Without that evidence there is really nothing SR can do.

No items were lost. This is very strange because when he pressed ok he canceled and went offline. I send the item to my brother and the guy do the same thing, started a new trade, added the bills hat pressed ok and then cancelled and went offline, this is very strange.
