Notes: The person who is currently name "Firebird" did not pay after losing a spycrab. The Stakes for this spy crab was 1 refined, and we discussed it in a trade window (Closed it, would have took a picture). this so called "Spycrab" took place on a Detroit TF2Newb server (#18, IP Address is here >> 208.64.36.12:27015) I have not Informed an Admin on the server yet as there was non at the time (To my knowledge that is). I also contacted him after the spycrab and he proceeded to block me. (I also changed my name to "Tunnel Snakes RULE" so he didn't know it was me)

Still, He could be doing this on a daily basis (If you check his past usernames, all of them have to do with spycrabing). Plus if he does do it again it could be with some one who has staked a highly valued item.

To view history of your inventory simply go on your profile, click on the Inventory and choose View Inventory button.

Thats the problem, we didn't actually "trade" we just chatted about the spycrab in the trade window. Unless the item history has a chat log for unfinished trades.

Oh my fault, sorry. So you are saying that the person has lost in a spycrab with you and then actually never paid what you've won but admin didn't know about this and by this you have took the risk of getting scammed?

Sadly, yes that's exactly it. I thought it was going to be a quick and easy spy crab.

Thanks for reporting. There's just not enough evidence to prove a scam happened. You did not show any agreement on items at stake nor did you show proof that he ran afterwards. If you jane more info feel free to post it.
