Hello, I was playing around in Team Fortress 2 when one of my friends ask me if he can borrow a shred alert. I let him borrow it, and later I told him to give it back, he said he had to go eat with his friends. Now after an hour and thirty minutes, impatient, I tell him to give it back again. He went offline, I wasn't sure if he removed me so I checked his status, it was online. He removed me. I attempted to add him to my friends list again, but it said error. He blocked me. Chat:

After this, I went to his friends who where my friends. I told some of them to talk to him, he claimed the shred alert was his, and the brutal bouffant (forgot to mention that earlier that he also asked to borrow the hair for it to) and after a while of investigating his past, he also scammed an old friend of mine, Torch(tm) And with that refined, he bought a white anger. I asked Torch how he got the anger, he said with the refined, so I am not sure if he sharked a white anger as well. After this also, he claimed that the hair was his, and he didn't have my shred alert. And he didn't have my shred alert. He sold the shred alert for 3 keys. Remember how I told you I got some friends to talk to him? Dr. Pepps (HanSoloBurger) talked with him. I can ask him to get the real chat, but at the moment he is offline. He removed me a while ago, and I relaunched TF2, I still have the chat in non-ingame mode. But other then that, I can't get a screenshot :C

By non-ingame mode, do you mean the steam chat (a chat that looks like this)?

No. I still have the chat we talked in, but how do I take a screenshot of it if I am not in game? :/

You could either:
1.) Press the print screen button on your keyboard, paste it into something like MSpaint, then save it as a .jpg or .png file
2.) Use the snipping tool (go to start, click in the search programs and files box, and type snipping) then use it to take a screenshot and save it

Once you have your screenshot, use a site such as imagur to upload it (click computer to the right then find your file).

I do not know how to do that. Can you please guide me? :S

I'm starting to think no one is going to bother to even check this, he thinks he got away with it already, and I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of it, but no one seems to care ._.
