Do you have screenshots of the agreement, (anything on outpost, tf2t, etc.) or the trade window showing the quickswitch? If you have proof of the agreement and can provide a screenshot of your trade history, you may have enough for a case against a quick switcher. Sorry to hear about your loss.
Without evidence, this particular report will probably be declined, however the scammer has been marked for another case of quick switching. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198069172938-gordiy_dag.20194/ --------- I actually play and do reports on a mac. The screenshot command is "Command+shift+4", drag and click to take a screen shot. I suggest using Puush as it works flawlessly with that method. You can read this pastebin if you'd be interested in puush and screenshoting on other computers - HOW TO: Sites for Screenshot/text Uploading Remember to always check every item before you click "make trade" and look at a person's steam rep and if they have any open reports on them before you trade. Good luck and safe trading.
Pretty much what Nobel said, there isn't enough info on this report to have the user marked. Sorry mate.
