Ocolus is a conclusive impersonator of the real Ocolus ( steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198043103123 ) and scammed a user from another community as described here ( http://www.gog.com/forum/general/f✿✿✿_all_giveaway_a_bunch_of_shitty_desura_games ). I'm doing the report for him. The trade was DiseasedProject's bundles and bundle titles for Long Live The Queen steam key, and as you can see in the screenshots he went offline after getting one of the game keys.

Also, the top 2 rep of the fake Ocolus on his profile are trade banned/probation, and the second and 3rd reps are 1 minute apart with all 3 being Serbian and saying "went first with key", so I think that may be a strong indication that they're his other accounts. All of that means scamming, impersonation, feedback fraud, trade banned by Valve, etc.
