Did you send a steam ticket to Valve? If you were hijacked then they may be able to restore your items. The steam ticket will also be necessary to clear your account after you have regained control. Did you change your passwords for your accounts AND the email passwords that you use for steam guard? If you haven't, I suggest you do.

Did you click on any links, download any suspicious files, etc? Regardless I would run an Antivirus to check your computer.

I did send a ticket to valve but they Havant responded to it yet. I didn't lose control of my account but have change password's and contact e-mail. i didn't use any links or download any suspicious files. I will run the antivirus. TY

What is the virus known as? Telling us might help see who has it, and a way to stop it.

The virus is called Orochi-CEG.rar, its suppose to fix crashing steam games, instead, it hacks your e-mail and steam.

I have already posted a ticket to steam. With no reply still.. What do you suggest i do?
