First of all sorry for my poor english i speak french as my primary language.

I don't have pictures of chat since there is no chat log in steam. I was trading in dota2lounge.com and this guy added since he knew i got 15 keys in my inventory. he started to talk to me in russian and asked me if i could help him. He said that in his country there was no dota store so he asked me if i could help him buying keys. he said that with the new steam market i could help him and that the money could go in my wallet. so a pop-up appeared in the chat saying that 39 USD were going to be had to my wallet if i continued the trade. The pop-up was all in blue so it was'nt him who wrote that. So i put my 15 keys and accepted the trade but then no money was added to my wallet and he deleted me the second the trade was done and ignored me so i couldnt re-add him.

There is a chat command that allows text to be sent in blue. So it appears to be that he used it to trick you. Without chat logs it will be very hard to have a strong case. I'd recommend puush for screen shots.

Always be wary of those touting that they can do things thorugh unofficial channels. Also please check their hours played and their steam rep first. If you are unsure of trading practices and sites, please ask someone first before you make any trades.
