    To begin with he made an offer of 1000$ which is suspiciously much. I thought i could have a talk with him atleast to see and this was the outcome. He was obvioulsy trying to scame me but did a lousy job at it. Just wanted to make an report about this for the safety of other paypal traders on tf2outpost. Thank you
