Invalid Accused of scamming someone.

I have been accused of scamming by someone that goes by the steam user name Jay-Cee (http://steamcommunity.com/id/yujmenjrmmatqajjtjhtjn) and excellence06 [ 9fingers ] (http://steamcommunity.com/id/excellence06)

I know Jay-Cee from previous times when he actually scammed me out of a "Teddy Roosevelt" hat and he was a HellsGamer admin about 1 year ago.

But I do not know who excellence06 [ 9fingers ]is.

I did not screenshot any of the things that happen in the post that he had located here again (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198018461735-apadaca.2416/)

Because I did not have anything to screenshot. I never received his paypal payment of $12 for the bills so therefore I was done with him. I waited and wasted 1 hours of my time trying to resolve this issue with him and he eventually started getting very impatient and upset and started accusing me of scamming when I did not receive his payment at all. He is now currently harassing and following me around to every TF2 server I join and saying "APADACA IS A SCAMMER".

I would just like to know how I can clear my name from here and just end this all.

This is really effecting me even with my sleep.
