    For which reason have I got banned? I do not see agreement for paypal or his paypal email in the chat? Where to pay him? how do you know that he wanted paypal payment? that is non sense! Never saw this guy before, just saying how did you know we agreed to paypal?​

    The reason for your tag is clearly displayed on your SR profile page, I am sure you have seen it. In your OP you mentioned you have "never seen this guy before" so to clarify, you are denying knowing this user at all, correct? In addition, you must disclose alts per appeal tips #7, failure to do so will result in the appeal being denied.

    There is obviously not enough proofs in steam chat for scamming this user? He never sent paypal email or we never agreed in steam chat that paypal will be our payment method, so that is against YOUR steamrep rules. So, I would like to know, how did you *as a steamrep* got to the knowledge that I scammed this user? As I know when you report someone for paypal scam you atleast need to have IN STEAM chat that you agreed for paypal as a payment or that he sent paypal email in steam chat, which means that this report is obviously Invalid and without enough evidence.
