Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before, but was told to handle other tags or to fix something else before my appeal​

Appeal description:

Not much to say as this is the second appeal just making this again since I was asking by a admin to make this appeal again.​

One more thing I feel I need to mention again is I have only the one steam account now, both my old steam accounts are lost to time as I no longer have the old email, usernames or password for them as I have mentioned before.
