Appeal description:

Hi, I'd like to get unbanned from SteamRep as when I committed these offences I was a low iq child - they were over 10 years ago at this point. I've added 1 of the 2 people I scammed in an attempt to repay the scammed amount, the other one I'm having trouble with finding their steam account. I fully admit the wrongdoing, and trying to reach out to repay the damages and would really appreciate it if the ban could be reverted.
