Appeal description:

I know I had made an appeal here before over a year ago, but I know I need to admit that I attempted to scam dissonancel out of an unusual hat many years ago. I did not end up getting the unusual from him, so I don't believe that I have caused any real harm. I've continued to play TF2 throughout the years and have absolutely no desire to steal any items from other players.​
