Hello @Clayton, I'm sorry about the mixup. It appears the admin who issued your ban indirectly linked you with an alternate account by mistake, who was at the time marked as a hijacker alt. That hijacker, whose account was compromosed, had their appeal granted, removing their tag completely, but not before they were "unlinked" from your profile. As a result, your tag was not automatically removed like it should have been, and your account got stuck in limbo. I am furthermore unable to track down evidence for the admin's decision to link you as an alt account in the first place. Therefore, I have taken over this appeal and removed your tag, as well as the alternate account.

The tag should now be removed from your account as well as all other accounts who were connected to you. I am truly sorry for the mixup, and for your long wait. If you want, you may add me (leave comment on my profile first) and I'll see what I can do to help you clear your name with some communities who may have automatically banned you. However, as I am not staff with any community other than Steamrep, I cannot make any promises.
